Reade Advanced Materials offers:
Dysprosium Metal & Granules
Designations:
Chemical Name: Dysprosium
Chemical Formula: Dy
Description:
Metallic dysprosium is bright silver in color and when combined tends to form greenish-yellow salts. Dysprosium is relatively stable in air at room temperature, yet tarnishes in moist air. The metal can be cut with a knife or machined without sparking (if care is taken to avoid overheating). Even small amounts of impurities can greatly affect dysprosium's properties.
Chemical Properties Available:
99.9% (REO basis)
