General Description:
An environmentally-friendly process that offers advantages over alternative particle coating technologies such as electroless plating, chemical vapor deposition, and recirculating electroplating
Coating Thickness Available:
20 to 40 vol.% are easily attainable with tolerances better than plus or minus 0.5%
Coating Parameters:
Virtually any particle that can be wetted by water and has a specific gravity greater than 1.0 is a candidate for the coating process. Base particle sizes can range from less than 5 microns to greater than 5,000 microns depending on particle density and shape.
